First you will need to open your Windows Mail program. When you are in the Windows Mail application you will then click the tools button as shown below. When you press this a menu will pop up. You will need to then press the accounts button. 
The next page will list any available accounts that exist. We want to add a new account for the Texas Cellnet account. So we will need to press the "Add" button from the menu.
 You will then get a prompt to choose what kind of Account Type that you want to add. We are adding an e-mail account so we will press the E-mail Account button. 
It will then prompt you for your name. Type in your name as you will want it to appear in the mail you sent. If you are a business type in your business name and if you are an individual just type in your First and Last name. 
It will now ask for your e-mail address. In this box you will need to type in yourusername@texascellnet.com. 
You will now be prompted to set up the e-mail servers. In the e-mail server type you will need to choose POP3. For the incoming mail server it needs to be set as <strong>mail.texascellnet.com</strong> and for the outgoing mail server it needs to be set as mail.texascellnet.com. 
In the Internet Mail Logon screen you will need to enter your E-mail username as yourusername@texascellnet.com. Password will be set as your password that you have chosen for that account. 
Congratulations, Now under internet accounts you should see your new "yourusername@texascellnet.com" account. You know may close the window and Windows Mail will download the messages for your new e-mail account that you configured.
